WordPress detects backdoors, resets passwords

WordPress said in a blogpost, that it detected suspicious commits on popular plugins like AddThis, WPtouch, and W3 Total Cache which contained backdoors in them. They claim to have rolled back the commits and shut down the access to the plugin repository.


As a measure WordPress has reset all passwords and you need to recover the new password by providing the usernames.
