On th 12th of March, the ongoing SXSW at Austin, Texas witnessed the premier of the movie Press, Pause, Play. Yes, this is still not the place for movie reviews(although I plan on doing that someday), but this one has got something for the geeks. It's a documentary containing interviews about how the digital revolution has gone on to push talent to the next level(or maybe suppress it).
"Does democratized culture mean better art, film, music and literature or is true talent instead flooded and drowned in the vast digital ocean of mass culture? Is it cultural democracy or mediocrity?"
